      Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience
     (Backend- Master in Java, Open to other backend technologies )

Passionate about technology-Java, MySql, Postgres, Cloud technologies

We require your experience to scale applications to work for increased load, we want to transform our platforms ( Perl, java ) to service based architectures ( java, python ) without impacting the current business. What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

As a Principal Engineer, we want the candidate to own a tech initiative and lead technical design activities and also execute it with the help of individual contributors in the team.

He/She needs to help architects decide strategy and help define “what”,” why” and “how”. He/She also needs to help in decision making about the tools and technologies required to implement the given problem/use case. They will also own the initiatives end to end, from development to delivery and maintenance on cloud like AWS.

As a tech enthusiast, he/she should have experience transforming monolithic architectures, a strong understanding of scaling, distributed architectures, caching, queuing, replications, data structures & algorithms, database solutions, storage, internet tools, protocols and networking.

He/She should also help in defining best practices, code reviews and help the organization achieve the objectives of becoming the center of excellence in technology.
