  • Performance, stability, and reliability of client systems across supported platforms, including Web and mobile.
  • Efficient rendering, memory usage, and load times through effective optimization practices.
  • Successful integration of real-time data, APIs, and backend services into the Unity client.
  • Clear, maintainable code and meaningful contributions during code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Effective collaboration with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Growing ownership of systems and continuous improvement of technical quality and development practices.

You Have

  • 5+ years of professional Unity development experience, including shipping and supporting production applications or games.
  • Proficiency in C#, with a strong understanding of Unity engine architecture, component-based design, and scripting workflows.

  • Proven experience building data-driven systems and integrating external services or APIs (REST, WebSockets, or similar).
  • Experience integrating Unity WebGL experiences into web platforms or embedded web environments.
  • Experience writing unit tests and automated tests using frameworks such as NUnit or Unity Test Framework.
  • Experience with performance optimization and profiling using tools such as Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, and memory analysis tools.
  • Experience implementing runtime performance patterns such as object pooling, efficient update loops, and memory-conscious systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated Unity builds, and version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for building reliable, performant interactive experiences.
