VOTRE PROCHAIN POSTE

Nous recrutons un Ingénieur d’Application (H/F), afin de garantir, promouvoir et développer les solutions Baxter Bloc Opératoire auprès des professionnels de santé en avant-vente et en après-vente, en assurant les démonstrations et présentations produits, la formation des utilisateurs.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Tout en respectant la vision, la mission, les procédures et les valeurs de l’entreprise, vous serez amené à :

Assurer la formation et le conseil des utilisateurs
Soutenir les ingénieurs commerciaux lors des démonstrations chez les clients
Participer à l’amélioration continue des produits en remontant les informations des sites clients aux chefs de produits.
Participer à la satisfaction totale de chaque client (formation, mesure de la satisfaction, livraison, etc.…).
Connaître la stratégie régionale de la concurrence et remonter l’information auprès de la Direction Commerciale et des chefs de produit.
Vous êtes en contact avec les utilisateurs (chirurgiens, personnel soignants, ingénieurs biomédicaux) afin d’assurer une utilisation optimale des produits.
Faire des reportings réguliers auprès de la hiérarchie

VOTRE PROFIL

Issu(e) du monde de la santé ou de formation supérieure biomédicale ou technique.
Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire idéalement au bloc opératoire.
Vous êtes autonome, reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à vous dépasser et possédez de fortes compétences relationnelles.
Adaptable, organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes capable d'analyser et de proposer la solution adéquate à vos clients.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
