CTG is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to support a leading financial services client. This role requires a strong Salesforce development background within a large enterprise banking environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Financial Services Cloud, along with experience using GitLab, VS Code, and testing methodologies.

 

This position offers the opportunity to lead complex Salesforce initiatives, drive technical solutions, mentor team members, and contribute to enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, and declarative tools.
  • Build and enhance business processes within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Lead complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation efforts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
  • Develop and execute UAT and regression testing plans.
  • Utilize GitLab and VS Code for source control and development activities.
  • Create technical documentation, specifications, and project estimates.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of banking industry experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • 6+ years of application development and systems analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise with:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Validation Rules
    • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Experience with GitLab and Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, etc.).
  • Test automation experience.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and regulatory environments.
  • Experience supporting highly integrated enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.98 to $93.29 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
