What you ll doThe Cloud Engineering and Enablement team is a key part of orchestrating the global digital transformation of the organization. We partner with our business facing teams, capture strategy, assess the current state capabilities, establish future state needs, and utilize Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code Automation to power the business capabilities of the organization.
As part of the Cloud Engineering and Enablement team, we are looking for a solution-focused Mid-Level Engineer on the Cloud Delivery team. This Mid-Level Engineer will design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions, while driving standards and engineering excellence across the platform. This role is responsible for delivering medium to complex cloud workloads, leading technical initiatives, and continuously improving platform capabilities. This role will report to the Manager of Engineering for Cloud Delivery.

The ideal candidate willDesign and deliver scalable Azure PaaS and IaaS solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Lead implementation of medium to complex cloud solutions and drive architectural alignment with enterprise standards
Provide guidance to engineers across the team from a technical perspective
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient cloud designs
Leverage DevOps, AI automation, and Agile best practices
Identify and implement improvements in reliability, performance, security, and cost optimization
Influence and help define platform standards, patterns, and reusable modules
Minimum Required Experience5-10 years experience in public cloud, with strong knowledge of cloud architecture and design principles
Deep experience with Azure (PaaS and IaaS solutions), including networking, identity, and platform services
Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and modular design
Experience designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and secure cloud solutions
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of identity and access management, governance, and policy enforcement (e.g., Azure Policy)
Agile Scrum experience
Experience reviewing architecture, setting standards, and ensuring alignment with best practices
Advanced troubleshooting skills across deployments, infrastructure, and cloud services
Ability to lead technical efforts, manage priorities, and deliver across multiple initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams
Great to Have (Preferences)Experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AKS)
Experience with API management, REST services, and integration patterns
Experience implementing policy-as-code, governance frameworks, and guardrails
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Experience with cost optimization, observability, and operational excellence practice
Experience integrating AI-driven automation (e.g., copilots, AIOps, or intelligent monitoring) to improve efficiency and reliability
