ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking passionate, hard-working individuals who want to build a career with meaning. As a Enrollment Specialist, you will guide Canadians through the process of enrolling — helping them understand their options and take an important step toward protecting their families. We welcome candidates from all professional backgrounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct virtual enrollment consultations with clients across Canada

• Educate clients

• Complete applications accurately and in compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with attention to detail

• Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders including coverage reviews and policy updates

• Stay current on products and provincial regulations

• Track client interactions and enrollment progress in the company CRM

• Participate in regular team training and group coaching sessions
