Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact with candidates , reviewing and screening resumes, and smoothly moving candidates through the different stages of the recruitment process.

This position requires a strong level of English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates and recruitment pipelines using Breezy HR.
  • Review and evaluate resumes according to assigned job openings.
  • Conduct the initial screening call with candidates as part of the pre-selection process.
  • Receive, organize, and follow up on required documents and assessments.
  • Use multiple sourcing platforms to contact candidates (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Torre.ai, etc.).
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through video interviews.
  • Track case deadlines and ensure timely progress throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • English level C1 or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
  • Strong phone communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles is a plus.
