Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and online brand presence for our real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, paid ad campaigns, and SEO strategies designed to generate leads and grow audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate services and property listings
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including daily posts, engagement, and community building
  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites aligned with branding
  • Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign metrics; analyze data to refine and optimize strategies
  • Maintain and update real estate websites with SEO best practices in mind
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals
  • Research competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to inform strategy
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients
  • Support promotional events and online campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or social media management
  • Proven track record managing social media, growing audiences, and creating content
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Hootsuite
  • Experience with SEO and website content optimization
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
