Job Requirements:

  • 2.5-5 years of experience in social media management with a focus on content creation. 
  • Proficiency in creating and editing videos, images, and written content. Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels, and other social platforms. 
  • Experience with social media growth strategies, audience engagement, and hashtag optimization. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English for client collaboration and reporting.

Core responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and post written, picture, and video content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels, and other platforms. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow audience and boost engagement. 
  • Optimize posts with effective hashtags and posting schedules for maximum visibility. 
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to refine and improve content strategies. 
  • Manage daily content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with comments to foster community interaction and increase engagement.
