About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support retail operations focused on pools and spa products. This role involves providing expert guidance, troubleshooting customer concerns, and turning inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a CSR, you will be the front line of customer support and sales, handling:

  • Expert customer support via phone, email, and walk-ins (pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting)
  • Creating accurate quotes for pool packages, equipment upgrades, liners, and parts
  • Driving sales through upselling chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment
  • Performing water testing and providing chemical treatment recommendations
  • Processing orders and coordinating with service and delivery teams

Requirements
