    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced HOA Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of homeowners associations and ensure smooth community management. This role involves working closely with board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams to maintain compliance, manage community standards, and deliver excellent service.

    The ideal candidate has strong experience in HOA management, is highly organized, and can confidently handle communication, violations, vendor coordination, and reporting in a remote environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Community & Board Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA board members and homeowners.
    • Prepare and coordinate board meetings, including agendas, reports, and minutes.
    • Provide guidance to board members on HOA policies and operational decisions.

    Homeowner Communication & Support

    • Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate community updates, notices, and policy changes.
    • Handle escalations and resolve disputes while maintaining professionalism.

    HOA Compliance & Violations

    • Monitor and enforce HOA rules and regulations.
    • Issue violation notices and follow up to ensure compliance.
    • Maintain accurate records of violations, communications, and resolutions.

    Vendor & Maintenance Coordination

    • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and community projects.
    • Obtain quotes, schedule services, and monitor vendor performance.
    • Ensure timely completion of work and proper documentation.

    Financial Oversight & Reporting

    • Work with accounting teams to review budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
    • Assist in preparing financial summaries for board meetings.
    • Monitor community expenses and support budget planning.

    Administrative & Operational Support

    • Maintain organized records of homeowner data, contracts, and documentation.
    • Generate reports related to community operations, violations, and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents and policies.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum 2–3 years of HOA or property management experience.
    • Strong understanding of HOA operations, governing documents, and compliance.
    • Experience with HOA management software such as Vantaca, AppFolio, CINC, Buildium, or similar.
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities.
    • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.

    Additional Requirements

    • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
    • Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
