Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Development Specialist to support our sales initiatives by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This is an internal role responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, following up on previous leads, and maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is confident in communication, persistent in follow-ups, and comfortable engaging potential clients through warm outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce services and identify potential opportunities

  • Follow up with previous prospects and inactive leads to re-engage interest

  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and assess readiness for the next sales stage

  • Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to the sales team

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM or tracking systems

  • Support pipeline management to ensure consistent lead flow

  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and qualification targets

Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or similar role preferred

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
