  • Techno functional lead with ability to translate complex revenue operations and financial requirements into scalable technical configurations within Chargebee
  • Troubleshoot complex REST API failures, webhook delivery errors, and token authentication bugs between Chargebee and third-party systems

Job Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration & Configuration: End-to-end management of the Chargebee platform, including product catalog design, billing cycles, coupon logic, tax profiles, and dunning workflows.
  • Maintain System Integrations: Administer, test, and optimize native data syncs and workflow mappings between Chargebee and external business systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks and downstream reporting systems.
  • Bridge Business & Tech: Techno functional lead with the ability to translate complex revenue operations and financial requirements (finance, sales, legal) into scalable technical configurations within Chargebee.
  • Resolve Integration Issues: Troubleshoot complex REST API failures, webhook delivery errors, and token authentication bugs between Chargebee and third-party systems.
  • Maintain Knowledge Repository: Author internal configuration runbooks and public-facing knowledge base articles to standardise best practices for the Chargebee ecosystem.

Technical Skills

  • Chargebee Expertise: Deep functional mastery of Chargebee settings, multi-currency configurations, contract terms, Revenue Recognition (RevRec), and payment gateway routing.
  • SaaS Ecosystems & ERPs: Strong administration knowledge of CRM architectures (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Cloud ERP/Accounting platforms (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Web Technologies: Proficient in reading and debugging JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and complex JSON data structures.
  • Databases & Log Analysis: Strong ability to write SQL queries to audit financial records, investigate transactional anomalies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.SaaS

  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills to break down complex architectural or billing anomalies into simple solutions for customers.
