Technology Innovation Partner

About the Opportunity

Tecell is looking for an experienced Technology Innovation Partner to co-develop innovative software and AI-driven products. This opportunity is intended for highly capable software professionals, architects, and product builders who are interested in creating commercially viable technology products through strategic collaboration rather than traditional employment.

This is not a full-time employment position. It is a flexible partnership opportunity for individuals who want to contribute to product innovation, technical leadership, and long-term value creation.

Role Overview

The Technology Innovation Partner will work closely with Tecell to:

  • Conceptualize and co-develop software and AI-powered products

  • Design scalable application and system architectures

  • Build MVPs and production-grade platforms

  • Contribute technical leadership and product direction

  • Participate in innovation strategy and technical decision-making

  • Support products from ideation through launch and scaling

Tecell will primarily lead:

  • Product launch strategy

  • Marketing and positioning

  • Sales management and business development

Requirements

AI & Innovation Requirements

Candidates should have strong proficiency in leveraging AI for software development and product innovation, including experience with:

  • AI-assisted software engineering workflows

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

  • LLM integrations and AI application architectures

  • AI model training and fine-tuning concepts

  • Prompt engineering and AI automation workflows

  • Building intelligent agents, copilots, or AI-driven platforms

  • Working with modern AI tooling and frameworks

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Full-stack software development

  • Cloud-native application design

  • API and microservices architecture

  • SaaS platform development

  • DevOps and scalable infrastructure

  • AI/ML product development experience

  • Startup or product-building experience

  • Products developed through this collaboration may involve joint IP ownership between Tecell and the Technology Innovation Partner.

  • Revenue generated from launched products will lead to commission and/or revenue-sharing opportunities for the partner.

  • There is no fixed salary or remuneration associated with this role.

  • This role does not require full-time availability and can be pursued alongside existing professional commitments.
