Job Summary

As the first point of contact for a thriving Manchester-based real estate agency, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our residential and commercial portfolios. This role is more than just answering phones; it is about being the engine of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for qualifying high-intent leads, managing major property portal enquiries, and ensuring every prospective buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant receives a world-class experience from their very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the professional first point of contact for all inbound calls and digital enquiries.
  • Manage and respond to listing leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and SpareRoom.
  • Qualify prospects effectively to determine their needs and urgency before booking viewings, valuations, or consultations.
  • Manage the team’s Google Calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately.
  • Maintain a structured CRM, segmenting leads into Hot, Warm, and Cold categories.
  • Proactively follow up with unconverted opportunities and re-engage dormant leads in the database.
  • Support email and SMS nurturing campaigns to keep the brand top-of-mind for property investors and professionals.
  • Track and report on pipeline performance, ensuring zero missed enquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting.
  • Previous experience within the Real Estate or Property industry.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner.
  • High proficiency in CRM management and data entry.
  • Expert-level command of Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high enquiry volumes independently.
  • A proactive "follow-up" mentality and extreme attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with the Manchester property market.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel lead generation (phone, email, and property portals).
  • Background in customer service or front-desk support in a fast-paced environment.
