Job description

About us

We’re Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. We offer full-cycle software development from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. We partner with visionary companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to turn bold ideas into products with the power to transform the world.

About the Role

The mission of our People Ops team is to build an environment where exceptional people can do their best work. We’re currently in a period of rapid growth, and we're looking for the next People Partner to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating thoughtful employee experiences, supporting leaders, and strengthening our culture of care. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across our India team, while also helping shape people programs that scale globally.

As a People Partner at Fluxon, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building deep relationships with our India team through proactive support and everyday coaching
  • Designing an employee experience that feels thoughtful and consistent from onboarding through career development
  • Supporting employees and managers in performance conversations and improvement plans with clarity and care
  • Partnering with leaders to strengthen how they communicate, set expectations, and guide their teams
  • Developing global people programs that grow our culture of care while meeting our compliance responsibilities
  • Ensuring our people, programs, and processes are consistent, well-documented, and compliant with local and global requirements

This is an individual contributor role that reports to our Head of People. This position can be remote from anywhere in India, with occasional travel to Hyderabad required for moments that benefit from in-person support (such as team events or key meetings).

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • 4+ years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role
  • Experience working at a technology, software, consulting, or product development company
  • Strong knowledge of India employment practices, labor laws, and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a global organization and partnering with employees, managers, and stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
  • Experience partnering with managers and leaders on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and team development.

What we offer

  • Remote-first, flexible work with a budget to set up a work space that works for you
  • Localised healthcare coverage to support you and your family’s wellbeing
  • Flexible paid time off with a minimum of 3 weeks per year (plus holidays)
  • "No internal meetings" on Fridays, so you can focus on deep, uninterrupted work
  • A professional growth budget for learning that matters to you –  whether it’s developing your technical skills or learning a new language
  • A monthly wellness allowance to support your physical and mental health
  • Annual company off-sites, where we gather in person to build meaningful connections
  • A competitive salary that reflects your expertise, impact and experience
  • Profit-sharing, so you can benefit directly from the value we build together
  • A paid sabbatical program, designed for rest, renewal and fresh perspective
