Job description

Role: JIRA Architect
Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote, need to work PST hours)
Duration: 6 months approx..
Pay Rate: $75 T4 and $80-90 INC.

Managing Systems Architect JIRA Architect to design, optimize, and govern our Atlassian Jira ecosystem across multiple teams and projects.
This role is responsible for translating business and delivery processes into scalable Jira configurations, ensuring the platform supports efficient workflows, reporting, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain Jira architecture, schemes, and workflows.
  • Standardize configurations across projects and teams.
  • Implement custom fields, screens, permission schemes, and automation.
  • Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Confluence, CI/CD, ITSM).
  • Establish best practices, guidelines, and governance for Jira usage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.
