Medical Biller

Join a dynamic, growth-oriented behavioral health organization seeking to strengthen its financial operations through smart, detail-driven support. In this vital role, you’ll help maintain clean, compliant records and accurate insurance submissions across six states, supporting a team that depends on precision and consistency every day.

What You'll Do:

• Audit billing and payroll entries in the practice management system to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before claim submission.
  
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including session time conflicts, missing mileage, and inaccurate timesheets.
  
• Post and reconcile insurance and private-pay payments, ensuring all entries align with EOBs and internal records.
  
• Communicate with internal staff to clarify and resolve billing and payroll-related issues.
  
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting to support financial accuracy and transparency.
  
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records for billing and payroll activities.
  
• Support additional administrative duties as needed, with room to expand responsibilities based on performance and growth.

• Adaptable: Willing to take on evolving responsibilities and grow with the role.
  
• Experience: Experience in medical billing is required.
  
• Experience: Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis billing practices and accounts receivable is a plus, but not necessary.
