You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

What you need to know about this position:

  • Willing to be placed across Indonesia, especially outside Java Island
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) graduate from any major (graduation letter by June 2026 at the latest) with a minimum GPA of 3.30
  • Actively involved in organizations, competitions, internships, or entrepreneurship (especially in sales/commercial fields)
  • Proficient in working with numbers, results-oriented, and highly eager to learn
  • Comfortable communicating in basic English
