About the Role

At Team Global Express, our Delivery Partner network is critical to how we deliver for customers across Australia. As the Delivery Partner Manager, North West, you will lead and manage the end-to-end compliance and governance framework supporting a national subcontractor network of more than 3,000 partners.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring subcontractor onboarding, compliance, and contract management processes are executed with precision, integrity, and in line with regulatory and commercial requirements. This is a leadership role where you will drive strong governance standards, enable operational excellence, and foster a high-performing team culture.

Working closely with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Safety and Operations, you’ll play a key role in strengthening compliance maturity, improving processes, and ensuring our Delivery Partner ecosystem operates safely, legally, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the Delivery Partner governance and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with company policies, procurement standards and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee end-to-end subcontractor onboarding, ensuring all checks, documentation and contract execution are accurate, compliant and completed on time

  • Maintain 100% compliance across systems (e.g. ComplianceHub), ensuring all partner records, contracts and documentation are stored, auditable and up to date

  • Monitor compliance performance across the subcontractor network, proactively identifying risks and enforcing a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance

  • Act as the escalation point for complex compliance issues and support resolution across stakeholders

  • Manage subcontractor contracts, including review, execution, storage, renewals and expiry tracking

  • Partner with Procurement, Legal and Operations to support contract negotiations and variations

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Compliance Specialists, driving accountability, performance and continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and compliance processes to improve efficiency and partner experience

  • Support internal and external audits, maintain governance procedures and manage risk registers

  • Collaborate across the business to strengthen subcontractor governance and contribute to broader operational and commercial outcomes

  • Champion safety, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS and all relevant legislation

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading governance or compliance functions, ideally within transport, logistics, supply chain or another regulated industry

  • Strong expertise in contract management, subcontractor onboarding and compliance administration

  • Ability to interpret legislation, policies and commercial terms and translate them into practical processes and controls

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop and lead high-performing teams

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business functions

  • Experience with compliance systems and platforms (e.g. ComplianceHub, SAP, Coupa, DocuSign or similar)

  • Knowledge of subcontractor or supplier compliance requirements, including CoR, WHS and Modern Slavery obligations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience driving process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma or similar highly regarded)

  • A collaborative, commercially minded approach with the ability to connect compliance outcomes to broader business performance
