It’s why Glia customers quickly and confidently put Banking AI to work with measurable results from day one. More information about Glia can be found at glia.com.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Calendar Optimization: Manage complex, high-velocity calendars for the executive team.

  • Strategic Coordination: Partner with senior leadership to assist in tracking performance metrics, preparing for business reviews and executive meetings, and streamlining communication across the organization.

  • Material Development: Design and polish high-stakes presentations and briefing materials for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.

  • Project Management: Lead special projects and research assignments that cross-cut departments.

  • Logistics & Events: Coordinate complex international travel and execute high-impact events, including executive offsites, board meetings, and departmental sync weeks.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage expenses, reimbursements, and administrative duties in collaboration with HR and Finance to ensure seamless office and remote operations.

Requirements

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand the "big picture" and anticipate the needs of executive leadership before they arise.

  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding writing and verbal skills; ability to communicate with professionalism to external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • AI Literacy: High proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate administrative workflows, synthesize meeting transcripts, and draft executive communications.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs and Slides. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Project Management software is a plus.

  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute integrity.

  • Adaptability: A "no task too big or small" mentality with the flexibility to pivot as priorities shift in a fast-paced startup.
