Role: Experimentation Manager

Location: World, Remote

Required Skills:

• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple experiments and initiatives across different markets.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to follow structured processes and contribute to standardized frameworks for experimentation and delivery.
• Solid analytical skills with experience handling experiment data and understanding A/B testing principles.
• Capability to prepare, organize, and support data-driven reporting and performance analysis.
• Understanding of how execution and data insights translate into business value and ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global and regional teams.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable with a results-driven mindset.
