Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote, Europe

Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project Management, preferably within eCommerce and retail environments
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, and Agile/Lean delivery practices
• Experience managing and delivering eCommerce projects and Discovery workshops
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, customer expectations, project scope, budgets, and resources
• Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and supporting teams through different lifecycle stages
• Skilled at adapting to change, handling ambiguity, and applying critical thinking to solve problems
• Strong project planning, organisation, time management, and reporting skills
• Experience managing financial budgets, monitoring costs, and delivering project financial reports
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant Project Management qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
