Position: Spanish (Spain) Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Spanish (Spain), ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Develop evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Spanish and English to ensure consistency.
Conduct model testing and grading to assess outputs for accuracy and fluency.
Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance in Spanish audio tasks.
Participate in QA and review cycles to maintain quality and reliability in datasets.
Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (Spain) and professional fluency in English.
Familiarity with Peninsular Spanish, regional vocabulary, and contemporary language usage.
Ability to transcribe and analyze Spanish audio content accurately.

Preferred

College students or recent graduates.
Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, translation/localization, or technical disciplines.
Experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows in Spanish.
Familiarity with differences between Peninsular Spanish and Latin American Spanish varieties.
Interest in AI, language models, or applied research environments.
