Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Internship Department: People & Talent
About GAINS
GAINS is on a mission to make supply chains smarter, faster, and self-improving, powered by AI. Our Decision Engineering & Orchestration (DEO) platform doesn't just support decisions, it drives them by aligning strategy, planning, and execution across every level of the supply chain. We serve inventory-intensive industries where the stakes are high and the complexity is real, helping customers move from reactive, spreadsheet-driven planning to continuously learning, AI-led operations that deliver measurable results fast. At GAINS, we call it Moving Forward Faster, and it's not a tagline, it's how we're redefining what's possible in supply chain decision-making.
About the Role
GAINS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our People & Culture team during an active hiring period. This role is focused on recruiting coordination and sourcing, giving you hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle at a fast-growing AI-powered software company. You will also contribute to early-stage AI workflow projects, helping identify where automation can reduce manual effort across the function. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate who wants real-world HR and recruiting experience in a lean, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple open requisitions, managing candidate communications and interviewer calendars with accuracy and a strong candidate experience in mind
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity across all active and closed roles, including candidate stages, disposition codes, and recruiter notes
Draft and send candidate-facing communications including application confirmations, scheduling requests, status updates, and rejection notices
Assist with sourcing support on targeted roles, including LinkedIn Recruiter searches and InMail outreach sequencing
Research and compile sourcing lists for active requisitions, supporting passive candidate identification across open roles
Maintain and organize recruiting documentation including job descriptions, offer letter templates, interview guides, and process SOPs
Support onboarding coordination activities as needed, including new hire paperwork tracking and first-day logistics
Participate in identifying repetitive, manual TA workflows and help document where AI tools could reduce time spent on low-value tasks
Assist with light AI tool testing and prompt drafting for use cases such as candidate outreach messages, intake summaries, and job description drafts
Other duties as assigned
