The Weekend Lead Quality Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of all leads submitted by the retail field marketing team on Saturdays and Sundays. This role serves as the quality control checkpoint for all leads entered into Salesforce across the MIC and Costco retail channels. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This part-time role plays a critical function in protecting lead integrity, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the overall performance of the Field Marketing Division.


Key Responsibilities 


Lead Auditing & Quality Control

  • Review all leads submitted by the Field Marketing team each Saturday and Sunday morning
  • Verify lead accuracy and completeness within Salesforce across MIC and Costco retail channels
  • Identify and flag duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate lead entries for correction
  • Ensure all required lead fields are properly populated (name, address, phone, appointment details, product interest, etc.)
  • Cross-reference submitted leads against event sign-in sheets, demo logs, or supporting documentation as available


Reporting & Communication

  • Compile a weekend lead quality summary report for the Field Marketing Director upon completion of each shift
  • Document and communicate all lead discrepancies, errors, or patterns observed to the FMM in a timely manner
  • Provide actionable feedback to support coaching and accountability for field team members


Salesforce & Systems

  • Navigate and audit lead records within Salesforce CRM with proficiency
  • Ensure Salesforce data hygiene standards are maintained across MIC and Costco lead sources
  • Flag systemic entry issues and assist in identifying training gaps related to lead submission quality

Qualifications 

  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM or similar lead management platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data review and documentation

  • Familiarity with field marketing, retail lead generation, or home improvement industry a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills for reporting and flagging issues to management
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
  • Available to work every Saturday and Sunday morning on a consistent part-time basis
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office for reporting


Working Conditions 

  • Remote Work Environment: This is a fully remote, part-time position requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace conducive to focused data review and reporting. 
  • Weekend Schedule: Required availability every Saturday and Sunday to review and audit weekend lead submissions within designated timeframes. 
  • Computer-Based Work: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, including frequent use of Salesforce CRM, spreadsheets, email, and reporting tools. 
  • Detail-Oriented Environment: Requires sustained focus and attention to detail while reviewing lead information for accuracy, completeness, and duplicate entries. 
  • Independent Work: Majority of work is performed independently with minimal supervision, requiring strong self-management, time management, and accountability. 
  • Fast-Paced/Deadline-Driven: Work may involve reviewing a high volume of leads within a structured morning time block to ensure timely reporting and issue resolution. 
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Regular virtual communication with Field Marketing leadership, including the Field Marketing Director and FMMs, to report discrepancies and quality concerns. 
  • Confidential Information Handling: Responsible for maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer contact information and lead data.
