Job description

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and General Manager- US Commercial Operations. This role can be delivered remotely from EST or CST, with a preference for CST.

This is far more than a traditional EA role. While you'll expertly manage calendars, meetings, communications and priorities, you'll also have the opportunity to become a trusted extension of two senior executives, helping them navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enabling them to operate at their very best.

You'll work closely with two highly supportive leaders—who move quickly, think strategically, and value partnership, initiative and trust. They are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, bring order to complexity, and confidently step into projects and initiatives that help drive the business forward.

If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy solving problems, and want a role that combines executive support, project coordination and event management, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure both leaders are focused on the highest-value activities by creating structure, anticipating needs and proactively resolving challenges.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations and key communications, while acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Project & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives, tracking actions, milestones and deliverables to keep priorities moving forward.
  • Where required, provide support for leadership meetings, customer events, conferences and team gatherings.

  • Strong judgement, discretion and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events or business initiatives beyond traditional executive support responsibilities.
  • Confidence working across international teams, multiple time zones and dynamic commercial environments.
