Marketing Associate (Growth & Creative)  

πŸ•™ Role details: This is a full-time role for 40 contracted hours per week

πŸ’· Salary: Β£29,000 - Β£35,000

🌍 Location: The role is largely remote, but does require a few compulsory UK meetups a year and occasional industry events.

The Role 

Looking for the ultimate marketing launchpad? This is your chance to become a true full-stack marketer. Working at the heart of our small, ambitious team, you will write, design, launch campaigns, and track data.

This is a hands-on, high-exposure role. You’ll get to see the direct impact of your work from day one. This role is predominantly remote, though you must be based in the UK and open to occasional travel for team meet-ups and industry events. We also have a central London office that is always open for you to use whenever you like.

This is a noticeably broad, generalist role spanning creative production, social media, paid ads, website updates, and strategy. You do not need to be an expert in all of this on day one. You just need the hunger to learn it.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce copy & creative: Create eye-catching graphics and video assets, and write engaging copy for social media, emails, and blogs.
  • Run campaigns: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and webinars. You'll learn how to set up tracking and optimise ads based on real performance.
  • Growth optimisation: Jump into the data with us to see what actually drives business. You’ll assist with market research and help brainstorm our next big moves.
  • Support the day-to-day channels: Keep our organic social channels buzzing, help update our website/CMS, build HubSpot landing pages, and support event planning.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Recent graduates or early-career marketers (1–2 years of experience) who are ready to dive into B2B marketing.
  • The skills: You have a knack for writing, an eye for clean design (even if just on Canva), and a curiosity for tech. Any familiarity with AI tools (like Claude or Gemini), HubSpot, WordPress, or Google Analytics is a massive bonus, but not required.
  • The Mindset: Proactive, curious, and a self-starter. You don't wait to be told what to do; you bring ideas to the table.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication fields (or similar degrees)
