Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency recruitment background who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who excels at outbound sourcing, manages high-volume pipelines, and consistently delivers hires across multiple vacancies.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of making placements through proactive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray techniques, rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open positions.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent through both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Utilise Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
  • Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to optimise results.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality standards.
  • Confidently negotiate offers and drive candidates through to successful placement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Proven ability to source candidates independently rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.
  • Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong candidate closing and offer management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals.
