We are seeking an Appraisal Success Manager for a national title insurance company.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, service-driven Appraisal Success Manager (ASM) to oversee the appraisal lifecycle from initial order intake through final delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between lender clients, borrowers, and independent appraisers, ensuring efficient pipeline management and exceptional service.
This is a temp-to-hire role and a fully remote opportunity for candidates residing in the Eastern Time Zone.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned appraisal orders utilizing digital dashboards.
Coordinate order setup, verify documentation accuracy, and securely process payments.
Select, engage, and schedule qualified independent appraisers for property valuations.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, professionally handling high-volume phone and email inquiries.
Proactively track milestones and resolve pipeline bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
2+ years of experience in appraisal management, customer service, mortgage operations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for high-volume client interactions.
Comfortable navigating software dashboards, tracking systems, and operational reporting tools.
Strong multitasking skills paired with a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.
Familiarity with real estate, lending, or appraisal terminology.
