Job description

This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service Consultant to support service transformation initiatives and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in service management processes, customer service operations, field service execution, service contracts, warranties, repair management, and end-to-end service lifecycle management.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, field service organizations, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service solutions that improve customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.

  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service processes including:

    • Service Master Data

    • Service Orders

    • Service Contracts

    • Service Quotations

    • Warranty Management

    • Repair and Return Processes

    • Installed Base Management

    • Case Management

    • Service Confirmation

    • Resource Scheduling

    • Field Service Processes

    • Service Billing

  • Configure organizational structures, service teams, and service execution processes.

Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects.

  • Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.

  • Support master data migration and data cleansing activities.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.

Integration & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Sales (SD)

    • Finance (FI)

    • Controlling (CO)

    • Procurement (MM)

    • Warehouse Management (EWM)

    • Manufacturing (PP)

    • Customer Experience (CX) teams

  • Ensure seamless Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Service-to-Cash process integration.

Support & Optimization
  • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.

  • Troubleshoot service management process and system issues.

  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and testing.

  • Drive adoption of SAP best practices for customer and field service operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP Service Management consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service implementation projects.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Service Order Management

    • Service Contracts

    • Warranty Management

    • Repair Management

    • Installed Base Management

    • Service Billing

    • Customer Service Processes

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Strong understanding of service lifecycle and field service operations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

    • SAP Customer Experience (CX)

    • SAP Service Cloud

    • SAP Fiori Applications

    • Embedded Analytics

    • Mobile Service Solutions

  • Experience supporting global and multi-country implementations.

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, utilities, healthcare, telecommunications, or consumer products industries.
