Proposal Compliance Coordinator

Location: Remote in U.S.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

MGT is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Compliance Coordinator to support the company's proposal development process and help ensure proposal materials are accurate, organized, compliant, and completed on time.

This role supports proposal compliance, document control, government forms, procurement portal monitoring, registrations, and internal workflow coordination. The Proposal Compliance Coordinator will work closely with proposal development coordinators, capture managers, business development teams, operations leaders, and other internal stakeholders to keep proposal activity organized and moving through each stage of the process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, comfortable working across multiple systems, and able to manage detailed information with accuracy and follow-through.

  • Coordinate proposal compliance activities including tracking deadlines, requirements, and submission materials.
  • Maintain proposal trackers, checklists, and workflow visibility across teams.
  • Organize and manage files within SharePoint and Teams, ensuring version control and accuracy.
  • Complete government forms and maintain company registrations and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor procurement portals for updates, deadlines, and opportunities.
  • Support document formatting, PDF preparation, and submission readiness.
  • Communicate updates and route information to appropriate stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with document management and workflow coordination.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience using SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in proposal coordination, compliance, or administrative operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
