The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Selerix Case Builder and Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure complex Selerix enrollment cases including multi-plan benefit 
    structures, eligibility rules, and enrollment workflows.

  • Configure benefit plans, rates, plan rules, and eligibility logic based on broker 
    and client requirements.

  • Implement advanced case structures including multiple divisions, classes, and plan variations.

  • Support Open Enrollment and mid-year implementations within the Selerix platform.

  • Test and validate builds to ensure accurate enrollment functionality and downstream data integrity.

  • Configure and support carrier connections and integrations where applicable.

  • Build and maintain payroll export files and data mappings.

  • Configure and troubleshoot data feeds and scheduled exports.

  • Validate file outputs and ensure alignment with carrier and payroll specifications.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot connection issues and data discrepancies.

  • Configure and maintain custom reports and report schedules within Selerix.

  • Support internal and client reporting needs related to enrollment activity and benefit elections.

  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and audit processes.

  • Provide ongoing service support for existing Selerix clients and broker partners.

  • Troubleshoot platform issues related to plan configuration, eligibility logic, payroll files, and reporting.

  • Support change requests including plan updates, eligibility changes, and new benefit additions.

  • Work closely with internal implementation and service teams to ensure consistent processes and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Selerix platform experience

  • Demonstrated experience building complex Selerix cases

  • Experience configuring payroll export files and integrations

  • Experience working with carrier connections and data feeds

  • Strong understanding of benefit plan configuration and enrollment workflows

  • Requires strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all organizational levels as well as external brokers and clients

  • Selerix case configuration and troubleshooting

  • Payroll file configuration and data mapping

  • Report configuration and data validation

  • Strong attention to detail and testing discipline

  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical configuration issues

  • Experience supporting multiple clients or broker relationships

  • Knowledge of benefit administration processes and enrollment operations

  • Experience supporting Open Enrollment cycles

  • Familiarity with additional enrollment platforms (Employee Navigator, Ease, etc.)

  • Strong technical problem solving

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously

  • Clear communication with brokers, clients, and internal teams

  • Process-oriented with a focus on data integrity
