About the Role
Be the on-site academic lead for student-athletes enrolled in Crimson Global Academy (CGA) while they train full-time in golf. You'll keep students engaged, organized, and accountable as they balance elite sport with online learning — working closely with students, families, CGA staff, and coaches.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily study halls and online learning; ensure students attend classes and submit work on time

  • Monitor attendance and performance; flag academic or engagement risks early

  • Build structured routines that promote independence and time management

  • Act as primary liaison between students, parents, and CGA staff (translation support as needed)

  • Handle onboarding, student records, enrolment letters, certificates, withdrawals, and exam comms

  • Maintain a focused study environment and troubleshoot basic tech issues

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, Psychology, or related field)

  • Experience with middle/high school students

  • Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills

  • Comfortable with online learning platforms; able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Student-focused, proactive, and able to balance empathy with accountability
