Affirmed Home Care is redefining what quality home care looks like, delivering compassionate, concierge-level services that change lives every day. As we continue to grow, we are launching a NEW Pediatric Divisions from our New York and Connecticut offices and are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build this program from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new division while recruiting and onboarding exceptional Nurses who are passionate about pediatric care.

About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for our pediatric and home care services. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality and RNs while ensuring all hires meet NY and CT Department of Health requirements and Affirmed Home Care’s standards of excellence.
This is a full-time, remote role offering a $40,000 - $55,000 salary, based on experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead recruiting for the new Pediatric Division
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Build partnerships through training schools, and networking
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
  • Consistently onboard at least 5 fully cleared Nurses per week
  • Assist with new-hire orientations
  • Promote referral programs and employee engagement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2+ years of home care recruiting (LPNs & RNs) required
  • Pediatric recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong digital and social recruiting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ATS experience a plus
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
