Job description

Our client is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Broker in New York, NY or Houston, TX. This is a full‑time brokerage role with direct responsibility for representing clients in high‑value transactions and building long‑term relationships across the real estate investment community.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate assets.

  • Negotiate and structure transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and developers.

  • Provide valuation guidance, market insights, and transaction strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive processes and maximize asset value.

Requirements

  • Active Broker’s License (not agent-level).

  • Preferred certifications: CCIM or SIOR.

  • Demonstrated track record of closing commercial real estate transactions.

  • Strong network within the investment and development community.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure with competitive splits.

  • Uncapped earning potential directly tied to transaction volume.
