Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500/month (salary based on assessment)

Location: LATAM

About the Company

We are a fast-moving, execution-focused organization that supports senior leaders operating across multiple businesses and functions. Our work spans several industries, including consulting, advisory, finance, legal operations, and cybersecurity.

We operate in a dynamic, high-responsibility environment where priorities shift quickly and strong execution is essential. We value clarity, ownership, and the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-changing workflows while ensuring consistent follow-through across all initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious Executive Assistant to support a fractional executive operating across multiple organizations and industries. This is not a traditional EA role — it requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to bring clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

You will act as the central coordination point across several businesses spanning investment banking, consulting, advisory services, legal operations, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally creates structure, follows through without reminders, and can quickly learn unfamiliar tools and contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple organizations and priorities

  • Monitor and manage email communications, flagging urgent matters and drafting responses when needed

  • Track projects, deliverables, milestones, and ongoing commitments

  • Maintain visibility across all executive responsibilities and ensure consistent follow-through

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and next steps

  • Serve as a key coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Build and maintain lightweight systems to improve organization and accountability

  • Proactively identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks before they escalate

  • Learn and adopt new tools and platforms as required

  • Independently resolve issues using documentation, research, and available support resources

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or partners in an EA or similar role

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives managing multiple businesses or functions

  • Background in consulting, legal, finance, investment, or advisory environments

  • Experience setting up or improving task management systems and workflows

  • Exposure to startup or high-growth entrepreneurial environments

What Success Looks Like

  • The executive has full confidence that commitments and deadlines are consistently tracked and executed

  • Multiple organizations remain organized despite competing priorities

  • Communication is timely, clear, and proactive

  • New tools and systems are adopted quickly with minimal guidance

  • Issues are identified and resolved before they become problems
