The Role:

AutoStore is hiring a Partner Sales Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners as they navigate our order fulfillment process. In this critical role you’ll respond to requests both simple and complex, work cross-functionally within AutoStore to ensure all requests are handled quickly, and provide reliable, professional, and timely handling of all partner requests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partner inquiries and day-to-day business needs. Support partners with questions related to: 

    • Products and product availability

    • Orders and deliveries

    • Lead times and shipment status

    • CRM system processes and opportunity management

    • Escalations and complaint handling

  • Act as a trusted liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and prompt issue resolution. Coordinate activities and communications between partners and internal departments.

  • Manage account information with the CRM system. Ensure that opportunities, activities, and overall data is complete and accurate within the system. Facilitate information flow and ensure timely responses to partner requests.

  • Work in close partnership with Partner Sales Managers to support strategic partner objectives, coordinate and communicate sales initiatives, and share commercial programs with partners. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the partner experience.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Internal Sales, Partner Management Support or Customer Success within a similar B2B environment.

  • Must be able to understand a customer's request, diagnose how to identify the solution, and communicate internally in a way that solves the customer's request quickly and comprehensively. 

  • Excellent communication skill with both English and German.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.

  • Strong administrative and operational capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the urgency of the process. 

  • Structured and process oriented approach to work.

  • Strong follow-up mentality with the ability to drive actions to completion.

  • High level of reliability, accountability, and ownership.
