Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote ESRI System Administrator to support one of our Fortune 500 clients. This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise solutions, with a focus on AWS environments and data integrity. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

5+ years of experience as a GIS System Administrator
Experience deploying and configuring ArcGIS Enterprise Server (which is also called ArGIS Server or ArcGIS Enterprise)
AWS is highly desired

Degree in GIS
Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure ArcGIS Enterprise on AWS (e.g., ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store)
Manage AWS resources like EC2, S3, and RDS for optimal performance
Automate deployments using CloudFormation or AWS CDK
Monitor server performance using CloudWatch and CloudTrail
Perform updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity
Manage spatial data using ArcGIS tools like Data Reviewer and Geodatabase Administration
Troubleshoot GIS services and collaborate with end-users for issue resolution
The hourly pay range for this position is $60-70/hr, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
