AI Solutions Delivery Manager

The Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Delivery Manager to guide client projects from concept to execution.

Rather than just tracking tasks, you will drive outcomes by collaborating with clients and engineers to turn ambiguous needs into clear plans, AI workflows, and prototypes.

While technical AI engineering skills aren't required, you should be an active AI user eager to help businesses adopt these tools effectively.

This role is ideal for those with experience in project management, consulting, or digital delivery looking to advance as leaders in AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear, professional English communication with U.S. clients
  • Define business problems, requirements, and success metrics
  • Convert ambiguous ideas into structured project plans and deliverables
  • Partner with engineers to develop AI tools and automated workflows
  • Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation
  • Independently manage multiple client projects and maintain momentum
  • Lead project updates, resolve blockers, and provide clear summaries
  • Identify and support high-value AI opportunities for clients

What We’re Looking For

Strong Working English Communication

This is an important part of the role because you will work directly with U.S.-based clients and team members. What matters is that you can communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in day-to-day client and team interactions.

You should be comfortable:

  • Asking thoughtful questions
  • Explaining ideas clearly
  • Writing project updates
  • Summarizing meetings and decisions
  • Managing client expectations professionally
  • Pushing back respectfully when needed

AI Fluency

You should be actively using AI tools and excited to keep learning.

You may be a strong fit if you already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI/automation platforms to work faster and think better.

You should understand, at a practical level:

  • What AI tools are good at
  • Where AI tools can fail
  • How to write effective prompts
  • How AI can improve business workflows
  • How to prototype and test ideas quickly before overbuilding

Digital or Technical Delivery Experience

We are looking for someone with experience delivering digital, technical, or service-based solutions.

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, product operations, digital delivery, technology services, or a related field
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects with multiple moving parts
  • Experience working with technical, product, or engineering teams (agile methodology strongly preferred)
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership
  • High curiosity and strong desire to grow in AI and digital transformation
