Administer, maintain, and support global compensation programs and procedures, including base and incentive pay, compensation survey management, talent market comp analysis, and ad-hoc job analysis for all types of projects.
Assist Managers and HRPs with salary benchmarking.
Support day-to-day inquiries.
Manage the collection of repayment obligations to RTX for an assigned area or country, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly
Create the repayment letters, collect the appropriate pay back obligation from reports, apply the tax obligation as needed from the RTX payroll system, upload the employee list and supporting documentation to the collection vendor
Partner with HR to address repayment disputes and finalize resolution of remaining balances
Liaise with repayment vendor to handle specific questions pertaining to documentation and payments
Recommend enhancements to the overall process where issues may arise. Analyze repayment data and trends to identify root cause with actionable insights for process improvement
Ability to work independently on repeatable documented process
Provide consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration to key stakeholders and customers, while contributing to the achievement of the People Services overall vision and strategy.
Utilize our case management system to achieve required service level agreement metrics and overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze work process design and flow for the People Services team and work with internal and external clients and vendors to implement improved processes, while suggesting necessary improvements to improve the overall client experience and efficiency.
Prioritizes, allocates and actions daily tasks to be accomplished to meet SLA.
Ensure all process trainings have been attended, queries raised and clarified to execute smooth flow of process.
To build and nurture constructive relationships with the onshore team and internal colleagues from other business areas and to contribute to team efforts, team meetings etc.
Ensure a consistent efficient, effective, and excellent service always, meeting, and exceeding SLAs and performance targets.
Always ensure a ‘customer first’ approach by consistently and proactively role modelling excellent customer service.
Utilize the CORE framework of tools to continuously improve processes, quality standards and process compliance.
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
Accountable for the day-to-day performance metrics, ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience. Utilize metrics to demonstrate and communicate shared services value.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2-4+ years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in managing high-volume HR requests and data administration in shared service center experience an advantage.
Experience managing data in HRIS systems and/or using Workday preferred.
Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
Strong computer skills or aptitude.
Flexibility to work in different time zones.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
