Position: Remote Travel Coach (Niche-Destination Weddings)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Coach to join our team. As a Remote Travel Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized travel planning and coaching services to our clients who are planning niche-destination weddings. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, and use your expertise to curate a unique and unforgettable wedding experience for them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destination options, accommodations, activities, and vendors

- Create personalized travel itineraries and handle all travel arrangements for clients

- Negotiate and secure the best deals and packages for clients

- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the planning process

- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destination wedding offerings

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best services for our clients

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

- Intense interest in travel planning and/or event planning, preferably with a focus on destination weddings

- Strong knowledge of popular and niche wedding destinations

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proven sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software

- Passion for travel and creating unique experiences for clients

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

This is a full-time remote position.
