  • Translate technical progress into clear, structured updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Support high-level visibility on capacity, sequencing, and major trade-offs across platform initiatives to support prioritization discussions

Technical Governance & Cadence Management

  • Set up and manage key delivery cadences (e.g. sprint syncs, platform reviews, steering meetings)

  • Prepare structured agendas, pre-reads, and supporting materials

  • Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and next steps

  • Capture and track decisions, actions, and technical follow-ups

  • Support domain-related governance forums by tracking decisions and ensuring follow-through into delivery

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as a coordination layer between platform, product, and business teams

  • Ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams

  • Support communication of platform changes, releases, and impacts to stakeholders

  • Help enforce ways of working and best practices in planning and tracking

Ownership of Smaller Technical Initiatives

  • Independently manage smaller platform-related projects (e.g. tooling improvements, process optimizations, minor integrations)

  • Define scope, milestones, and delivery plans in collaboration with engineers

  • Drive execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery

  • Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation actions
