Job description

AI Digital is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Project Manager to join the Data & Solutions team and support several organization-wide transformation initiatives across operational processes, automation, and AI infrastructure.

This role will focus on driving cross-functional projects related to process optimization, operational scalability, service workflows, and agency-wide transformation initiatives. The person will work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders across the organization and help improve how teams collaborate, document processes, execute projects, and scale operations.

The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator, but someone who can independently push initiatives forward, challenge the status quo, proactively identify inefficiencies, and bring structure into fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Data & Solutions and other departments

  • Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and operational scalability initiatives

  • Manage project scoping, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution

  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies

  • Support automation and operational transformation initiatives across the organization

  • Maintain structured project documentation, reporting, and process visibility

  • Suggest improvements, pilot initiatives, and new operational approaches

  • Help improve collaboration, accountability, and operational standards across teams

  • Work closely with leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
