Oracle ERP Systems Engineer

Location

Mexico City, San Francisco, New York (Remote)

Key Challenges

  • Managing complex ERP migrations and modernization projects under tight deadlines.
  • Troubleshooting issues across multiple technical layers, including applications, databases, and integrations.
  • Integrating AI-driven automation into legacy Oracle ERP environments.
  • Delivering solutions across diverse client locations with varying business requirements.
  • Supporting modernization initiatives with incomplete documentation and heavily customized legacy systems.

Role Summary

Deliver and modernize Oracle ERP systems for client organizations using Tessera AI, combining deep Oracle ERP expertise with AI-driven automation to accelerate migrations, modernization initiatives, and seamless enterprise integrations.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, and VBCS.
  • Experience working with Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Accounting, and Billing modules.
  • Experience implementing ERP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware solutions.
  • Professional-level English (mandatory): ability to participate in technical interviews, meetings, and daily remote collaboration with U.S.-based teams and clients. Non-negotiable.

Compensation Details

Salary: MXN $40,000 – $95,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Oracle ERP solutions utilizing AI-driven automation for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
