  • Advise senior management and the Board on legal risks and mitigation strategies
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including supply, construction, sales, subcontractor, EPC, and O&M contracts

  • Reliable and quality-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering tasks through to completion
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments while managing a diverse and demanding workload
  • Hands-on team player with a collaborative mindset and a high level of accountability

What we offer

Greencells is one of Europe’s leading partners for the engineering, construction and operation of utility-scale solar power plants. With over 186 delivered projects and more than 3.7 GWp installed capacity worldwide, we bring performance, experience and speed to every project. We focus exclusively on large-scale solar. As a pure-play EPC and O&M provider, we combine in-house engineering with dedicated construction resources — including our own on-site teams — for full control over quality and timelines.
We offer an exciting and dynamic role with a high degree of responsibility and independence, and with the potential to gain a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry from both a commercial and legal perspective.

Due to our international presence, we encourage candidates with a law degree from either a civil law or common law jurisdiction to apply.
Greencells is headquartered in Saarbrücken, Germany. However, the company encourages remote working and, since this is a truly international role, the right candidate may just as well have Amsterdam or Algiers, Berlin or Budapest, Cape Town or Copenhagen — or elsewhere — as their home base.
