Skills Set Required:
A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience and successful performance in:
(a) Business analysis for IT software application improvement and development projects.
(b) IT system requirements and acceptance criteria creation.
(c) Business process optimization and data workflow analysis.
(d) Conducting user interviews and feedback sessions.
(e) Participation in IT solution design process.
(a) Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
(b) Strong understanding of application development, particularly for low code/no-code solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
(c) Ability to work closely with business representatives to capture needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams.
(d) Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
(e) Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in an iterative, agile development environment.
(f) Excellent knowledge of English; good knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
First-level university degree in Information Technology;
Business Administration; or other relevant field (b) Business analysis certification
Desirable:
(a) Ability to work with JIRA and testing software.
(b) Understanding of enterprise relational databases and integration patterns
(c) Familiarity with AI-enabled applications (e.g., chatbots, intelligent assistants, agents) and ability to identify opportunities for their use in business process improvement Experience
(D) Experience with legacy IT systems, and established business workflows
