The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Ethics and Compliance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of key compliance controls through transactional reviews and approvals
  • Suggesting enhancements to compliance-based processes identified through operational / process reviews
  • Operate as a subject matter expert and platform administrator for Ethics and Compliance platforms and systems that are used companywide
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales / Commercial, Internal Audit, Legal, and IT to operate and maintain effective control platforms
  • Prepare reports and presentations

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Familiarity with regulatory/ethical frameworks relevant to the risk area (Anti-Bribery Laws applicable to USA, Canada, Central and South America; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA); etc.).
  • Past experience within a medical device company
  • Spoken and written proficiency in Portuguese
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Heedia at least 1 day per week

Travel: May include up to 10% International

Relocation Assistance: Not be authorized
