Regulatory Change Project Manager

Location: Bath or remote working with occasional adhoc office days

Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering regulatory change programmes within complex, regulated environments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, working with cross-functional teams to drive critical compliance initiatives forward?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation seeking a dynamic Regulatory Change Project Manager to join their transformation programme team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact change within a high-profile, regulated business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex regulatory change and remediation programmes across business units
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and governance standards
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and IT
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in project management within the financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, change delivery, and risk-based approaches
  • Experience managing end-to-end remediation projects and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery environments
  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (desirable)
