Regulatory Change Project Manager

Location: Bath or remote working with occasional adhoc office days

Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering regulatory change programmes within complex, regulated environments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, working with cross-functional teams to drive critical compliance initiatives forward?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation seeking a dynamic Regulatory Change Project Manager to join their transformation programme team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact change within a high-profile, regulated business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex regulatory change and remediation programmes across business units
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and governance standards
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and IT
Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in project management within the financial services or other highly regulated industries
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, change delivery, and risk-based approaches
Experience managing end-to-end remediation projects and regulatory compliance initiatives
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery environments
Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (desirable)
