The Role

We're looking for an experienced Road Construction Consultant to help turn innovative road and soil stabilization solutions into practical, buildable road designs. You will support pilot projects, advise on construction methods, ensure compliance with Saudi standards, and contribute directly to sustainable infrastructure initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Translate innovative road and soil stabilization solutions into practical engineering methodologies.
  • Develop construction methods (layer design, compaction, curing processes) and benchmark non-traditional solutions.
  • Define lab and field testing programs, QA/QC procedures, and performance acceptance criteria.
  • Support pilot road sections, trials, and post-construction evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi road and infrastructure standards; liaise with authorities and public-sector entities.
  • Prepare technical reports, implementation guidelines, and presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years in road construction, pavement engineering, and soil stabilization.
  • Experience with Saudi road authorities or EPC contractors.
  • Expertise in unpaved/low-volume roads, desert/arid soils, and alternative construction materials.
  • Background in sustainable infrastructure or large public-sector/giga-projects.
  • Familiarity with Saudi and international standards (AASHTO, ASTM, BS, EN).
  • Experience supporting pilot projects and authority approvals.
